I wrote this for people who want to learn how to make changes in their lives, but feel trapped and frustrated without knowing where to begin or the right steps to start.

Change Your Mindset – Transform Your Life is a simple guide to understanding what obstacles are, why limiting beliefs are preventing change and practical steps that I’ve learned from transforming my own life.

BUT FEW HAVE ACTUALLY DONE IT THEMSELVES!

The information out there mostly talks about different things you should be doing that are outside yourself.

So I thought to myself, “What do the happiest most successful people in the world do every day that everyone else seems to overlook?”

I realized through working with my personal coaching clients, and from my own experiences, that to make immediate lasting changes in your life, you need to start with you first, focus on changing your mindset and finding a healthy balance in your life.

Otherwise, you get into the habit of going through the motions, doing things that make other people happy and end up disconnected from your the person that matter most, you.

I BELIEVE THAT THERE ARE 3 THINGS TO FOCUS ON:

BELIEFS

Beliefs is #1 because nothing else in the world matters if you believe you are stuck they way you are and change is impossible for you.

Mindset

Mindset is #2 because this is what frees us from the stress, overwhelm, pain and challenges we face in daily life. If our mind is weak, broken or stuck in the past and we don’t know how to free ourselves then we will always feel like we are stuck reliving the same day over for the rest of our life.

Balance

Balance is #3 because the more we begin to achieve, the more we tend to charge forward with our head down and loose ourselves in those very achievements devoting all of our time, energy and resources. Without balance, we end up burning out, tumbling back to where we started our even worse.

The decisions we make are based on what we know, where we are and who we’re surrounded with. And these directly influence our beliefs which can be the cause of so much stress, anxiety, and challenges.

So many people ask me all the time how I transformed my life from where I was to who I am today. The reality is that I have spent the last 10 years learning and growing my own mindset, deconstructing and reshaping everything I know. And I wasn’t always good at it.

It’s something that I’ve always struggled with my entire life until I learned these key principles in Change Your Mindset – Transform Your Life and flipped a powerful switch on.

IF YOU GREW UP LIKE ME, NO ONE TALKED ABOUT MINDSET. IT WAS AS IF I WAS DESTINED TO STRUGGLE AND SUFFER BELIEVING CHANGE WAS IMPOSSIBLE.

It was tough believing I that obesity, depression, and feeling worthless was my destiny, but it was something I was determined to figure out when I could.

In 2009, I was homeless and had no idea how to make changes that would transform my life.

I was terrified because I was at rock bottom. I lost my job, all of my money, pushed away everyone close to me (including my parents) and didn’t have a college degree yet.

I knew life wasn’t working and I needed to figure out how to make it work… so I started to study how the most successful think, what they do and how they do it from hundreds of books. I learned that if you fight for your limitations, you get to keep them unless you’re actively working on these key principles.

The reality is if I can do it… so can you!

But if you’re only surviving, going through the motions, pleasing others, and putting yourself last instead of thinking: “who am I, what do I want, where do I want to go and who do I need to become?”, it’s not going to happen magically.

HERE ARE SOME QUESTIONS YOU SHOULD BE ASKING YOURSELF:

DO I GO TO SLEEP, SMILING?
DO I DEVOTE TIME FOR MYSELF EVERY DAY?
WILL I BE HAPPY LIVING THIS SAME LIFE IN TEN YEARS?
HOW FAR IS THERE BETWEEN THE LIFE OF MY DREAMS AND MY REALITY?

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Before helping people reclaim their authentic power and live life on their terms, I had my share of obstacles to overcome. From being obese, which led to being bullied and alone in school, to being mentally abused as a child, to being broke, homeless and depressed, my story is the perfect example of how anybody can overcome the obstacles in their life and achieve greatness. Fast forward just a few short years, and I was in high-level leadership positions in top tear retail companies leading over 6000 employees, directly transforming the lives of 300 people as a personal trainer and inspiring audiences of 1 – 14,000.  Today, I serve those committed to change as a lifestyle entrepreneur, high-performance coach, and speaker.
